Important New Information for Country Fest 2010
The State of Wisconsin is currently working on a Campground Policy which will spell out all new guidelines concerning all camping in Wisconsin. Included in the policy will be a limit of people allowed per campsite. At this time it appears to be 4 people per campsite (however, for 2010 we are allowing a maximum of 6 people per campsite).
For Country Fest 2010, we have reduced the cost of our Campsites from $95.00 per campsite to $75.00 per campsite. Every person who accesses the campsites, even if visiting friends for the day, will require a Camping Access Pass. This pass is available for $30.00 per person for the entire weekend.
Along with the State of Wisconsin’s new regulations, the cost of operation is increasing year after year. Garbage and Recycling costs continue increase every year, Security and Camping Personal costs continue to increase by astronomical numbers, and undeniably the cost of entertainment continues to increase. We understand the fans like to see the most popular and hottest artists at Country Fest and in order to get them; we have to pay the price. We also know that in these tough economic times, in order to keep it the best value and as affordable as possible, it essential that we keep our general admission ticket prices steady, which we have accomplished for 3 years running now. We welcome you to check out some of the other festivals in the area and compare the always stellar lineup, ticket prices, camping prices, the proximity of the campgrounds to the concert area, the facilities, opportunity to camp for a full week, and the many other amenities that we offer. You’ll see that we are still the best value for your dollar.
Campground Access Passes
New for Country Fest 2010 - When ordering campsites and tickets for Country Fest 2010, At lease 1 (one) 4 day ticket and 1 (one) camping access pass must be ordered with each campsite. Everyone camping overnight must have a 4 day ticket and a camping access pass.
All 1 day ticket holders visiting friends in the campgrounds must have a camping access pass for the day and must be out of the 4 day campgrounds by 2:30 AM on the day immediatly following the day their armband was used - we do offer 1 night camping for 1 day ticket holders in a separate area in the campgrounds - they would need to check out of the campgrounds by 10:00 AM on the day immediatly following the day their armband was used)
Important for all people camping at Country Fest 2010
We realize that many of our fans travel from afar and like to spend the entire week camping here. For Country Fest 2010 anyone can actually stay for the entire week at the price of $75.00.
For Country Fest 2010 we will be open for you to set up your camper beginning Sunday, June 20 through Tuesday, June 22 from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. Wednesday, June 23 the gates will open at 9:00 am and remain open 24 hours through the Fest. You can camp overnight starting Sunday, June 20th and stay right through Monday, June 28th.
We are only asking if you are planning on camping Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, that sometime Wednesday morning after the gates open you go to the Entrance gate and turn your 4 day and camping access tickets in for your armbands.
Important for all 1 day ticket holders at Country Fest 2010
1 Day tickets will NOT be allowed to enter on Wednesday, June 23, 2010. We will start to issue Thursday 1 day arm bands at the Main Gate Entrances at 7:00 am on Thursday morning. 1 day armbands will not be issued the night before the day they are intended to be used. We will start to issue 1 day arm bands at the Main Gate Entrances at 7:00 am on the day they are intended to be used.
All Armbands are non-transferrable
Food and beverage carry-ins are NOT allowed in concert area
All persons attending Country Fest do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors, or others associated with the event.
Absolutely no "Live Music Stage Shows" in the campgrounds that promote large gatherings, selling of alcoholic beverages, and any other soliciting. This will not be tolerated and violators will be removed from the premises.
Semi Trailers ( enclosed trailers or flatbed trailers ) are not allowed in the camping area.
Campground Quiet Time is 2:30 a.m. strictly enforced - All Campfires must be out by this time - All Generators Must be Shut Off At this time - Violators are subject to removal from the grounds.
Please help us to keep the Fest Safe by reporting any violations to the above policies to either the Fest Security or the Uniformed officers on site.
All campsites are marked with patio blocks - Please do not remove them -Anyone taking some one else's spot will be asked to move their camper.
Starting Wednesday, June 23, 2010, we will take tickets and arm band EVERYONE at the Main Gate, Gate 3 and Gate 20 - You MUST have your ticket or purchase your ticket at the Gate and then present your ticket to get your arm band before entering the campgrounds.
State handicap vehicle permit required in the handicap parking area - Unauthorized cars will be towed away.
The concert gates open: Thursday at 2:00 P.M., Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 A.M.
NO open ground fires - Grills and campfires must be contained with cover and attended, weather conditions permitting - ABSOLUTELY NO BON FIRES -Please do not dig fire pits.
Please leave your campsite in the same condition that you found it when you came. You will be given a Clean Campsite Form upon entering campgrounds…please fill it out and return the White Copy to the attendant. When you leave at the end of the weekend, please have Fest Staff check your campsite and they will sign the Pink copy and then you turn in at gate as you leave. Any campsite with garbage left behind, tents left behind, furniture, garbage, cans, bottles, etc… left in fire ring, we will send an invoice for $50.00 fine to the responsible party. Please dispose of all your garbage and recycling properly. Please do not dump hot coals or burning wood in the dumpsters, leave in the fire ring.
Recycling and garbage bins are located throughout the campgrounds and concert area - You will need to furnish your own garbage bags - There will be no campsite garbage pick-up - Please take your garbage and recycling to the closest appropriate bin nearest your campsite.
Shower houses are provided - For your convenience please try to avoid the 6 AM to 10 AM peak hours due to long waiting lines and the hot water supply - Please respect the facilities given.
QUIET HOURS: 2:30AM TO 7:00AM. All fires must be extinguished by 2:30 AM - Please be courteous to your neighbors!!
BEVERAGES, FOOD and GLASS CONTAINERS may not be brought into the concert area.
Regular lawn chairs are recommended - Lounge and umbrella chairs are to be placed on the outskirts of the crowd as a courtesy to other spectators.
The seating area is cleared each night for clean up by local organizations.
Aluminum cans are a donation towards a non-profit organization (local wrestling clubs) that keeps our grounds clean - Please leave them for the wrestling club.
Soliciting, glass containers, horses, weapons, fireworks and non-licensed vehicles are not allowed on the grounds - This includes: ATV's, Golf Carts, Mopeds, Dirt Bikes, and Go Carts - Cruising the festival campgrounds in any vehicle of any kind is not permitted.
No reproductions of the festivals name or logo are allowed - Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Anyone found anywhere on the Fest grounds without the proper armband will be considered as trespassing and be escorted off the Fest grounds by Security and charged the fine for trespassing. Since 1984, sheriff deputes have been authorized to issue a trespass citation similar to a traffic citation. After receiving a ticket from a law enforcement officer, defendants may pay a fine up to $1,000, or appear in court to contest the ticket. Landowners can also go to court with a civil suit to collect damages from trespassers)
Water trucks will circulate the grounds for freshwater & pool filling - Flag one down for service.
Any infraction of the rules will result in removal from CVMF's grounds with no refund.
The festival is not responsible for your camping spot, for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to any person or property - PLEASE LOCK UP YOUR BELONGINGS.
ALL PERSONS ATTENDING do so at their own risk - No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds or exchanges - Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets or passes, and replacement of armbands - CONCERT IS ON A RAIN OR SHINE BASIS.
Due to artist’s requests, absolutely no video cameras of any kind are allowed in the concert area.
Pets are strictly forbidden in the concert area - Dogs outside the concert area must be chained, leashed and watered at all times - Please respect your neighbors and clean up after your pet.
Please help to keep all grounds clean - Any furniture brought into the campgrounds is subject to a $50.00 deposit upon your arrival - Your deposit can be reclaimed at gate 8 by 12:00 pm on Monday after the Fest - Your campsite must be cleaned and inspected by campground personel at your departure in order to reclaim your deposit.
ATM machines at the Souvenir Booth, VIP Booth and at both stores and in the concert area - Store hours: Open 24 hours.

You are allowed 1 sleeping unit per campsite - Anyone with more than one sleeping unit on a campsite will be charged $75.00 extra for each extra sleeping unit on their campsite - Each sleeping tent must have a campsite sticker attached to the tent.
We do offer 1 night camping for 1 day ticket holders, in a separate camping area - These campsites can be purchased at Gate 20.
Your car pass MUST be attached to the driver side of your vehicle windshield - If you haven’t attached it, the attendants at the gate entrance will attach it to your windshield.
Vehicles are subject for search upon entry and while vehicles are on the festival grounds. Festival Staff will be serching for items such as fireworks, weapons, illegal drugs, off road vehicles & for people sneaking in illegally) Anyone on the Festival grounds without the proper ticket/armband, is subject to a fine of $1000 for trespassing.
Fireworks are NOT ALLOWED on the Festival grounds.
Live music/stage shows are NOT ALLOWED in the campgrounds.
Nudity is NOT ALLOWED on the Festival grounds.
Any violations of the above policies will be subject to having your arm band removed and being escorted from the Festival grounds and subject to fine according to state and local ordinances.
No party is allowed to reproduce, print, sell, promote, give away, or solicit ANY items or property that bear the NAME(S) or LOGO(S) of the FESTIVALS AND/OR THE ENTERTAINERS IN WHOLE OR IN PART. Anyone doing so is infringing on Trademark rights and jurisdictions and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Festival reserves the right to confiscate ALL contraband items.
A $100.00 reward will be given for any information leading to the arrest and prosecution of any perpetrators selling any illegal items on the Country Fest premises. Contact any festival security or any uniformed officer. The Festival Security Building and the Sheriffs Building are located at the top of the hill
