Print Your Tickets

TICKET PRINTING INFORMATION


Thank you for purchasing tickets for Country Fest 2013.  We have made printing your tickets at home very easy.  There are (2) ways for you to print your tickets.

E-TICKET EMAIL

You should have received an email with instructions to print your tickets at home.  If you did not receive this email, please check your SPAM folder as Junk Mail Filters have become much more strict and many times emails are inadvertently flagged as SPAM.

PRINT TICKETS VIA USER PROFILE

If you cannot locate your E-TICKET email, we have added an additional method for you to print your e-tickets.  You can simply login into your profile, then click on the Orders Tab and click the "Click Here to Print Tickets" link and print your tickets.

PLEASE NOTE:  You will be required to log into your account to print your tickets. You can login to your account, view your account info or request a new password by CLICKING HERE.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

  1. Receive Invalid Passcode. 
    • Please be sure that you are entering the passcode exactly as it appears in the email you receive.  Passcodes are case-sensitive.  If you copy/paste your passcode, be sure there are no extra spaces before or after the passcode.
  2. After entering passcode I receive a gray screen or blank screen. 
    • Please be patient while your tickets load.  Large ticket orders can take several minutes to load. 
    • Please be sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed.  Your version of Adobe Reader may be out-dated or the installation my be corrupt.  Re-installing normally corrects this issue.  To get the latest version of Adobe Reader, please visit the following web site:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/
  3. I do not receive my email when I request new password.
    • Please be sure to check your spam filter.  If you still do not receive your "Request New Password" email, please contact our office at 800-326-3378 to have your password manually reset or email support@countryfest.com

CERTIFIED MAIL OPTION

If you have chosen to have your tickets sent by Certified Mail, they have all been sent as of November 15, 2012.  From November 16th on, All Ceritified Mail will be mailed within 2 weeks of your order.
